Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific times during the day, but we are normally able to deliver within four hours on orders place on our website. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box at checkout when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

If No One is Home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person will call the register number we have on the order to verify with them that they will be at the destination, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, someone else that is a family member or a friend to the person receiving the gift, or we would just leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for a second delivery when no one is home. 

 

Recipient Maybe Contacted: In most cases, we will usually call the recipient, 30 min to 1 hour before we attemp to deliver the gift. simply to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery.

 

Request to Leave Item at Door: The customer assumes all liability issues for requests to leave arrangements at the door, porch, garage or floor. We HIGHLY discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard, garage, backdoor, floor or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves and where anything can go wrong if the gift is unattended. We cannot be held responsible for missing, stolen or faulty product due to this special request. We work hard with customers to accomodate each and anyone but we suggest not to have live flowers sitting outside in high or low temperatures where the wind, heat or cold, can easily damage the gift. We prefer leaving it with a second recipient if the desire person you wish to surprise is not home or at the location you chose.

We are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements, the variety will take precedence over color. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, they will substitute another color of daisies, not another yellow flower. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and visa versa.

As we know, flowers are perisheble products that require treatment and a lot of care. Every order brings a flower food package, please put flowers in Vase the same day you get your flowers deliver with a lease 5ml of water in a vase. Add the flower food to the water and mix, the cut the tip of each stem in order for the flowers to drink water and absorb the food. This extends to the maximum and provides a longer flower vase life. Change the Water of the flowers every 3 days.
